Three different outcomes

  • Source removal: the publisher deletes or changes the original content.
  • Search removal: a result is excluded from search, while the source may remain accessible.
  • Suppression: work to improve other results’ visibility; it does not delete the unwanted page.

When the original page has already changed

Check Google’s outdated-content guidance if the source no longer contains the information. Old but unchanged content is a different situation.

What the free assessment covers

Share the public URLs, search terms, and a short explanation. The review identifies possible next steps, limitations, and what further information is needed. Any paid work should have a separate written scope and price.
